2024-1 Town Council
Part I of the Smithfield Code of Ordinances entitled "Administration Legislation" is hereby amended by adding thereto Chapter 2 entitled "Town Council".
2024-2 Town Manager
Part I of the Smithfield Code of Ordinances entitled "Administration Legislation" is hereby amended by adding thereto Chapter 3 entitled "Town Manager".
2024-3 Building Official
Chapter 15 Smithfield Code of Ordinances entitled "Building Official" is hereby amended.
2024-4 Financial Management
Chapter 34 of the Smithfield Code of Ordinances entitled "Financial Management" is hereby amended.

2023-1 Alcoholic Beverages
Section 2. Chapter 118 of the Smithfield Code of Ordinances entitled “Number of Licenses” is hereby amended by increasing the maximum number for class b (full privilege) licenses from 40 to 45.
