The Human Services office is located in the Smithfield Senior Center. The Smithfield Senior Center is located at 1 William J. Hawkins Jr. Trail in Deerfield Park.

The Human Services office is open from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Please call the office prior to your visit.

Function

Smithfield Human Services is a confidential resource center. It is located in the town of Smithfield and is open to Smithfield residents who qualify under the low income family guidelines. The Smithfield Human Services office works to assist eligible families with food supplements and heating assistance. If you are interested in becoming a donor or are in need of these services please contact the office.
